Important Information:
⏱️ While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, some deliveries may take longer than expected. In unusual circumstances (such as customs delays), deliveries can take up to 30 days. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
📦 Customs & Import Duties – Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges and import taxes that may apply to international orders. US customers: All parcels to the US are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in your order total – no surprise fees on delivery!
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries:
In line with our refund policy, orders that are unclaimed, returned to us, or lost due to an incorrect delivery address are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or returns are the customer's responsibility.
Returned items are held for 14 days before being recycled.
